STUDENT ABSENCES, MAKE UP LESSONS, RESCHEDULING
Please give at least 24-hours notice if you must cancel a lesson.
If we receive 24 hours notice, you will be eligible for a make-up lesson.
Please understand that if you cancel your lesson in less than 24 hours or have not given us any notification of your absence, you forfeit the lesson and will not be eligible for a make-up lesson.
If you cancel or miss a scheduled make-up lesson, you can not reschedule and therefore forfeit the make-up.
TEACHER ABSENCES/STUDIO CLOSURES
If a teacher must cancel his/her lessons or we have to close the studio due to bad weather and/or dangerous driving conditions, students will be offered a make up lesson.
WITHDRAWAL
If a student chooses to discontinue lessons, we ask that you give two weeks notice to avoid being billed tuition.
REFERRAL DISCOUNT
If you refer someone to us and they begin taking lessons, you will receive a $15 credit towards your next month’s tuition.
